Discrepancies Found in Affidavit of Madelyn Niessner Regarding Keeley Lake Lodge

An Affidavit dated May 2, 2023, sworn by Madelyn Niessner, has recently come under scrutiny due to several discrepancies and misleading statements. The affidavit claims that the proper directors and shareholders of Keeley Lake Lodge are based on the January 31, 2023, Saskatchewan Corporate Registry (ISC) report. However, two key points mentioned in the ISC report have been found to be false and misleading, thereby casting doubt on the validity of Madelyn Niessner’s claims. This article aims to shed light on these discrepancies and present the facts.

Inaccurate Reference to New Jersey Court Decision:

    1. Madelyn Niessner and her lawyer, Grant Scarfstein, rely on a New Jersey Court Decision to support their argument regarding the current ISC report for Keeley Lake Lodge. However, it should be noted that the New Jersey appointed Board of Directors ceased to have authority on January 30, 2019. The court clearly stated that any corporate resolutions or board appointments made during the litigation were revoked and rescinded. The same Board of Directors that were revoked in New Jersey are the ones listed in the current ISC report.

Court Order Questioning the Suitability of Pamela Dietrich:

    1. On February 25, 2021, Hon. Justice N.G. Gabrielson issued a Court Order that deemed Pamela Dietrich unsuitable as the interim manager for Keeley Lake Lodge. Surprisingly, Pamela Dietrich is listed as a director in the ISC report, despite the court order stating she must be removed from any further employment with Keeley Lake Lodge. It is important to note that directors hold higher titles and responsibilities compared to managers. This contradiction casts doubt on the accuracy and reliability of the information presented in Madelyn Niessner’s Affidavit.

Providing false or misleading statements in an affidavit can lead to criminal charges, damage one’s credibility, result in legal repercussions, and have severe professional consequences. It is essential to understand the gravity of such actions and to uphold the integrity of the legal system by submitting honest and reliable information in affidavits.
