A man in the middle of two attempted murders fled the police and escaped out of the city. He then appeared in Regina Provincial court. 54-year-old Rony Hudson supposedly ran over a man and woman inside a truck then drove over the said woman once more as he attempted to escape from the police. Saul Laliberte (33 years old) passed away while in the custody of the police back in 2021. This death marks the third death of somebody in custody in Prince Albert within the span of a month. According to the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN), this man drove a tractor and allegedly threatened to kill the young girl. Pierceland RCMP is currently looking for the said man who is described to be of old age and owning a green tractor.
