Regina police seek help finding missing pair

Regina police are asking the public for help locating Starla Badger, 3, and Stacey Badger, 23, who were last seen together on Saturday, September 19, at about 2 p.m. in the 1100 block of McTavish Street.

Starla has brown hair, brown eyes and fair skin, according to police. When she was last seen, she had on light-up Hello Kitty shoes, flower leggings and a beige shirt. Police released a photo of her with the appeal.

Police put Stacey at five-foot-three with a slim build, blonde hair to her shoulders, brown eyes and fair skin. She had on blue jeans and a white or beige hoodie at the time.

Regina police say there is no evidence that Stacey Badger has come to harm, but they consider her at risk and want to find her to make sure she is safe. Police say Starla Badger is considered vulnerable because of her age, and they want to locate her for her safety.

The release does not state how the two are related.
