RCMP seek men in Stanley Mission sexual assault

Stanley Mission RCMP are looking for three men after a woman was sexually assaulted in a public park in Stanley Mission on the evening of Oct. 2.

Police received the report at about 9:10 p.m. According to the RCMP release, three unidentified men approached her in the park, near Hunt Street and Budd Avenue, and assaulted her. She is an adult.

The RCMP describe the suspects as adult men who were all wearing face coverings, and the release gives no other description. RCMP continue to investigate, and no arrests have been announced.

Investigators want to hear from anyone who saw the men, or noticed suspicious activity, in Stanley Mission between roughly 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Oct. 2. They are also asking for any surveillance-camera footage from those hours.
