A 31-year-old woman from Dundurn, Saskatchewan, is charged with Fraud Over $5000. Police allege she diverted more than $30,000 from a Saskatoon business, a matter first reported to police in February 2026, according to the release.

The Saskatoon Police Service Economic Crime Section led the investigation. The release does not name the accused or the business.

Police say they received a report in February 2026 from a business that believed an employee had defrauded it. Investigators then concluded that more than $30,000 had been moved from the business into the woman’s personal account.

The release does not say how the money was moved, over what period, or whether any of it has been recovered.

The charge is an allegation. Nothing has been proven in court, and the accused is presumed innocent.

Her next court appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2027. Police filed the case under occurrence number 26-17431.
